Ohio lawmakers consider changing license suspensions as penalty for breaking laws.

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK)-Charleston Police are responding to a robbery on Charleston’s West Side.

According to dispatchers, a man robbed another man at gun point and then proceeded to steal his car.

The suspect drove a short distance and then crashed the car and fled on foot.

Dispatchers say the man was armed with .22 caliber rifle.

Charleston police are currently investigating and no arrests have been made thus far.
