A 16-year-old boy has been reported missing out of Morgantown.
Dashaun Stevens was reported missing on February 25, according to the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies said Stevens was in the custody of the West Virginia Department of Health & Human Resources and was on a weekend furlough from the Stepping Stones Placement House in Fairmont when he went missing. His father reported seeing him at his residence on February 24, and Stevens was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database as a missing person or runaway on February 25 when he did not return back to the placement home.
Stevens was last seen wearing a red Jordan jersey, a red jacket, red shoes and blue jeans, deputies said.
