Over 8,000 Customers without Power, Damage Caused by Strong Storms

Over 8,000 electric customers in our region remain without power Wednesday morning.

Strong storms caused high water, hail, and severe wind gusts to take place in our region.

Point Pleasant resident Becky Baldwin says the high winds blew the steeple off of the Family Word Church of God of Prophecy and damaged their sign.
