Greenbrier Street Back Open After Mudslide

Greenbrier Street has re-opened following a tree down across the road.

The tree came down as a result of a mudslide.

We will update with the latest information as it becomes available.

According to Metro 911, the 1200 Block of Greenbrier St. in Charleston is shut down.

Dispatch is reporting that a mudslide has brought a tree down and it is blocking the road.

Charleston Police, Charleston Fire Department, and Kanawha County Sheriffs Office are all responding to the scene.

It is unknown at this time how long the road will be closed.
