CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - A teenager was arrested after multiple hit and run incidents in a vehicle that was reported stolen.

Joe Sneed, 18, of Charleston, WV was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Injury, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Property Damage, No Operators, and Failure to Render Aid.

On Monday, July 9th, 2018, Kanawha County Deputies responded to a reported leaving the scene accident on Coonskin Drive near the National Guard Armory.

According to the KCSO, a suspect vehicle from an earlier hit and run in Charleston had crashed a second time into the yard of a private home causing significant damage to a sewer line.
