CABELL COUNTY, WV (WOWK) –  A man from Barboursville, WV has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing two girls who were his foster daughters at the time.

According to court documents, Dillard Duane Henline Jr., 50, has been charged with seven counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian and three charges of sexual abuse in the first degree.

West Virginia State Police say the Children’s Advocacy Center in Charleston, WV conducted a forensic interview with an 11-year-old girl and a 7-year-old girl. Both girls said Henline’s was their foster parent and had sexually abused them.

State Police say both girls said the abuse happened at Henline’s house while their foster mother was away.

Henline is being held at Western Regional Jail with bail set a $140,000.
