Domestic incident leads to felony arrest of Fayette County woman

KIMBERLY, W.Va. (WVNS) – A Fayette County woman is facing felony charges following a domestic incident.

Saturday evening, Sheriff Mike Fridley said deputies were called to a domestic incident in the Kimberly area.  After arriving, they discovered 26-year-old Brandy Kay Hall of Armstrong Creek reportedly assaulted her mother during the incident.

Fridley also said multiple uncapped needles and other heroin related drug paraphernalia were found within reach of the 4-year-old child Hall currently has guardianship over. Child Protective Services were notified of the situation.

Hall was arrested and charged with the felony offense of Child Neglect Creating Risk of Injury. She is also facing Domestic Battery and Domestic Assault. She is awaiting arraignment at the Mount Olive Correctional Complex.
