HUNTINGTON, W. Va. (WOWK) —
The Greater Huntington Park & Recreation District hosted it’s Annual Easter Egg-Stravaganza on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Ritter Park in Huntington.
Organizers say it is an Easter Egg Hunt of epic proportions, with over 20,000 eggs. Participants could look for a golden egg to win special prizes like baskets, bunnies, and bikes. Of course, no Easter Egg-Stravaganza would be complete without a visit from the Easter Bunny.
In addition to over 20,000 candy and toy filled eggs, the event also featured free inflatables courtesy of New Heights Church, a First Responder Touch-A-Truck, and several pet rescue groups with adoptable pets.
