Family Asks for Help After Huntington Teen Goes Missing

HUNTINGTON, WV (WOWK) – The family of a missing Huntington teenager is asking for help finding the boy who was last seen Monday morning.

Danny Fulks, 16, is a Huntington High School junior and a student at the Cabell County Technology Career Center.

The family of Fulks filed a missing person report with the Huntington Police Department on Monday morning upon realization of his disappearance.

According to the Huntington Police Department report, Fulks went missing around 5:00 AM on Monday, February 4th, 2019. The disappearance has been reported to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). He is believed to be accompanied by a 16-year-old female, Alexis Basenback, a student at Spring Valley, who has also been reported missing by the Huntington Police Department.

Fulks is 6’1” and approximately 150 pounds. He has light brown hair and blue eyes and wears eyeglasses. He is believed to be driving a 2001 Ford F-150 XLT, extended cab, license plate WV6ML794. A recent photo of Danny Fulks is attached.

“We are asking for our fellow West Virginians and citizens in surrounding states to be on the lookout for Danny,” said Laura Fulks, Danny’s mother. “This is not typical behavior and we are urgently seeking more information, in coordination with law enforcement, about Danny’s whereabouts.”
