HUNTINGTON, WV (WOWK) – Huntington’s Christmas Parade of Lights has been rescheduled. It was originally supposed to take place on Saturday.

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce says this is due to anticipated heavy rain during the event.

It has been rescheduled for Monday, December 10th, 2018 with a start time of 5:30 PM.

“Given the amount of time, effort and support that goes into this annual event, we want to make certain that visitors to Huntington’s Downtown area can enjoy themselves and hopefully stay dry,” said Bill Bissett, President & CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber. “We also want to thank our many volunteers and sponsors, especially Dutch Miller Auto, City of Huntington, Cabell County Commission, The Huntington Herald-Dispatch, I Heart Radio and WOWK-TV 13.”
