Project ID Helps West Virginia Residents Get Government Issued Identification Cards

A new group in the Mountain State is helping people get identification cards free of charge. 

It is all part of the national non-profit Spread the Vote’s new initative, Project ID. 

The group launched its Charleston chapter on Monday and helps individuals get birth certificates and other documents needed to obtain a government issued photo identification card.
