Tuesday morning, River City Subaru kicked off it’s ‘Share the Love’ Campaign at the Ronald McDonald House.
The goal of the event was to fill up a Subaru SUV with toiletries, garbage bags, snacks, and nonperishable food items just to name a few things.
River City Subaru chose the Ronald McDonald House in Huntington as the local beneficiary of their campaign this year because of the need there.
“It goes directly to helping families that have sick children,” said Jaye Toler of the Ronald McDonald House. “Anything you need at home, we need times 20 families. And right now in the winter [with] RSV season, flu season, we will stay full and sometimes on a waitlist.”
If you’d like to contribute to this cause you can do so by bringing your donations either the Ronald McDonald House or to River City Subaru.
