CABELL COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — A Cabell County animal shelter is matching all donations up to $20,000 to build a new place for shelter animals to live until they get adopted.

Little Victories Animal Rescue Shelter on Friday said this money will be used to level the ground and lay gravel, getting electrical and plumbing services, and laying concrete.

They said they are hoping to get this money by Sept. 30.
