ALDERSON, WV (WVNS) – Scientists with the United States Geological Survey reported a minor earthquake centered in the Bennett Mountain area of Greenbrier County.
USGS reported a 2.6 magnitude earthquake 13 kilometers northwest of Alderson at a depth of 15.6 kilometers around 3 a.m. on March 4, 2019.
There are no reports of damage at this time.
