CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — Students will not be coming in to Mary C. Snow West Side Elementary School on Monday.
According to the West Virginia Department of Education, the Charleston school will be closed Nov. 13 due to a water main break. It has not been said how long it will take to fix the water main.
