CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK)—Train traffic has been stopped near the intersection of Hansford St. and Ruffner Ave. after a man’s body was found near the tracks.
Kanawha County dispatchers say the man is believed to have overdosed in the area.
The call came in around 8 a.m.
Charleston Police are investigating.
