Latest statistics for pandemic in West Virginia released

CHARLESTON, WV– The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) confirms nine new cases of COVID-19 in the Mountain State. The state’s current cumulative percent positive test results rate is listed at 1.69%.

As of 10 a.m., June 22, 2020, the WV DHHR says the state has received 151,113 total confirmatory laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 2,552 total cases, 1,681 recoveries and 89 deaths.
