More West Virginians test positive for COVID-19

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK)  The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) confirms 21 new cases of COVID-19 in the Mountain State. The state’s current cumulative percent positive results rate is listed at 1.69%.

As of 5 p.m., June 29, 2020, the WV DHHR says the state has received 169,556 total confirmatory laboratory results for COVID-19, with 2,870 total cases, 2,196 recoveries and 93 deaths.
