UPDATE (6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4): A second person has been arrested in connection to a shooting that happened overnight in Huntington.
According to Huntington Police, Gavin Scott Bailey, 20, of Huntington, is facing charges of “aiding and abetting malicious wounding and aiding” and “abetting use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.”

Bailey is accused of driving the suspect vehicle, police say.
UPDATE (12:25 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4): An arrest has been made in a Huntington shooting.
According to Huntington Police Deputy Chief Phil Watkins, 21-year-old Kristopher Brown, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with nine felonies, including malicious wounding, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and seven counts of wanton endangerment.
A criminal complaint says that the victim was seriously wounded by a gunshot to the head.
UPDATE: Huntington Police Chief Carl Colder tells 13 News an argument broke out near Premier Pub and Grill just after 3 a.m. when gunfire broke out. He says one of the stray bullets struck an employee at DP Dough, which neighbors Premier Pub and Grill.
Colder says the victim was taken to the hospital where he is in the intensive care unit and in critical condition. Chief Colder says detectives have collected evidence and the investigation is ongoing.
Huntington, WV (WOWK) – One person was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound after an incident in downtown Huntington Friday morning.
Cabell County dispatch confirms the person was wounded around 3:15 a.m. on 4th Avenue. The condition of the person injured is known at this time. No suspect is in custody.
