West Virginia Schools for the Deaf & Blind Sing & Sign for Legislators

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) – The West Virginia Legislature was opened by students from the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind.

The kids do this every year in the legislature. This year they sang and signed, “It’s a Wonderful World,” “I Believe I Can Fly,” and their school song.

The schools for the deaf and blind are located in Romney, WV, in Hampshire County.
