A statewide list of secondary road projects has now been put together by the West Virginia Department of Transportation and is available for the public to see.
The list comes less than a week after Governor Jim Justice demanded a list from the leaders of the state’s highway districts. He gave them 72 hours to put that list together so the state could begin prioritizing and fixing those roads.
The Department of Transportation’s website reminds people just because a project made the list doesn’t guarantee work of any kind will be completed.
