LAWRENCE COUNTY, KY (WOWK) — An investigation is underway in Lawrence County after a large transformer caught fire at the Riverside Generating Company.
The fire was reported to officials around 4:30 PM. 7 fire departments responded to the blaze, which was contained just after 8 PM.
No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
