Ohio to accept nationwide $26 billion opioid settlement, West Virginia will not

On Wednesday, lawyers arrived at a settlement that would require drug manufacturer Johnson and Johnson to pay $5 billion, while drug distributors AmerisourceBergen, McKesson, and Cardinal Health will have to collectively pay $21 billion.
