KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — Flooding on Monday has impacted several counties in West Virginia.
A State of Emergency has been issued for the following counties: Kanawha, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay and Roane counties. The West Virginia National Guard has also been deployed.
